About this project
A Pakuranga homeowner’s pool was buried under layer upon layer of flaking, delaminating epoxy from years of patch coatings. Goliath Coatings was engaged to strip it all back to the original concrete substrate — which we achieved through a combination of sandblasting and concrete grinding, leaving a clean, sound surface ready for the client’s chosen reline. (Pool relining sits outside the services we offer, so this project was the full strip and surface preparation.) It came out beautifully, and the client was thrilled.
