A private client engaged Goliath Coatings for a full roof restoration on a deteriorated Auckland CBD commercial building riddled with rust spots and failed clear polycarbonate panels. We water-blasted the entire roof, sealed all screws, and applied a metal primer with two top coats of high-durability, UV-stable roof paint, installed 8 new polycarbonate sheets and re-sealed every junction. We then reworked the gutter lines, replacing the old Butynol with new membrane detailed neatly into the outlets.
