Goliath Coatings was engaged by PES Construction to renew a weathered, deteriorated deck membrane in Parnell. We began by sanding the plywood substrate and confirming every sheet was structurally sound, then installed flexible sealants between the joints. From there we laid the TPO membrane sheets, heat-welding the seams, transitioning cleanly up the upstands and detailing meticulously around every drainage outlet and pipe protrusion. The project was completed to our highest standard across 262 m², leaving a watertight deck the client could be proud of.
