In the heart of Auckland CBD, a property-maintenance company asked Goliath Coatings to inspect a leaking high-rise. We found a failed liquid-membrane restoration across the entire rooftop, so we stripped back all detailing and deteriorated membrane to expose the substrate, then re-detailed every outlet, gutter, drain and haunched footing. New torch-on roof membranes went down, finished with two coats of Mapei Aquaflex Roof Premium flexible liquid membrane to form a fully weather-tight seal. The two-week project covered 920 m²; with the leaks into the top floor gone for good, the delighted client referred us to a further job the following week.
