A Botany commercial-property owner was preparing to lease a building to an automotive workshop, but the roof was badly deteriorated — rusted steel sheets and failing polycarbonate panels were letting water in across the board. Goliath Coatings was engaged to treat every rusted panel, replace the few beyond repair, and save the client the cost of a full re-roof. We killed and sealed all rust, re-sealed every joint and screw, replaced the failed polycarbonate sheets, applied steel and rust primers, and finished with two top coats of ColorSteel roof paint in Gull Grey. Covering 2,200 m², this commercial roof painting and restoration turned a leaking liability into a tenant-ready asset — the standard Goliath Coatings delivers across Botany and Auckland.
