This commercial warehouse roof in Wairua was failing fast — water was tracking through long-run steel joints, fasteners and panels, while rust and mildew accelerated the decay along the seams and ridge line. Goliath Coatings treated and rust-primed every surface, re-sealed all joints and screws, re-riveted the ridge, and spray-applied two top coats of a flexible liquid-membrane roof sealant. Years on, the roof remains completely watertight and the metal’s deterioration has been halted — saving the owner the major cost of sheet replacement or a full re-roof.
