Long-standing client HELLA New Zealand called Goliath Coatings to their Pakuranga Heights factory after several other contractors had failed to stop the roof leaks. Investigating for the facilities manager, we found 62 polycarbonate sheets (16 m lengths) deteriorated beyond repair. We replaced every sheet within a week for a weather-tight seal, then replaced roof sheets rusted out under HVAC footings and re-sealed the ridge apex. The leaks were gone — and HELLA's owners in Germany were as satisfied as the local team with the result.
