About this project
Goliath Coatings was engaged by a building-maintenance company to waterproof the rooftop of Watercare's main head office in Remuera. The existing membrane was weathered and cracking, and the client needed a flexible solution that could be installed over the top, around a complex array of HVAC units. We bridged the cracking with primers and applied Mapei Aquaflex Roof Premium liquid membrane to form a weather-tight seal across 415 m².
