About this project

On a Grey Lynn high-rise apartment block, the lifting eyes and façade joints needed repair and resealing. Goliath Coatings worked from elevated access equipment to remove spalling concrete, then installed adhesive primers and a rapid-dry mortar repair compound to rebuild the affected areas. We overcoated all the cementitious repairs with a clear water-repellent sealer that weatherproofed the joints without altering the building’s appearance.
