About this project
A Glenfield homeowner had a garage with water seeping in through the retaining wall at the rear. Goliath Coatings applied Ardex WPM 300 hydrostatic liquid membrane to the block wall to stop the water at its source. Because the concrete slab was poor — full of highs and lows — we ground it down and poured a fresh self-levelling screed, then sealed it with a colloidal-silica penetrating sealer to block any moisture migrating up through the slab.
