About this project
A Castor Bay home had a leaking basement with porous blockwork that needed a permanent fix. With no access to the positive (outer) face of the wall, Goliath Coatings treated the negative (internal) side with Ardex WPM 300 hydrostatic liquid waterproofing membrane — engineered to hold back water under pressure — stopping the ingress for good.
