About this project
A Campbells Bay homeowner's newly-built sleepout had a shallow foundation, and water was tracking inside — delaminating the internal flooring and leaving a damp, musty smell. Goliath Coatings trenched around the sleepout and dug down to the footing. Given the modest size and our confidence in the system, we used a bitumen liquid membrane rather than torch-on sheets to fully waterproof the foundation. The job was completed in three days across 24 m² of membrane, leaving the sleepout dry and healthy.
