About this project
A larger Totara Heights home had water seeping through a retaining wall into the living space. The site was tight and awkward, so the trench — 22.5 m long and 2.5 m deep — had to be hand-dug, with no machinery able to access it. Goliath Coatings installed a watertight membrane, a drainage coil and a sump pit to capture and divert water away from the home, then backfilled with protection board and scoria to aid drainage and protect the membrane.
