During a full home renovation in Remuera, the new owners found moisture pushing into the kitchen and living areas. Goliath Coatings carried out a detailed inspection and moisture readings and traced the water to a cross-fall in the middle of the home — a difficult, hidden source. We installed a total ground moisture barrier, sealed every column and perimeter joint, and added an underground sump with drainage coil to draw water away from the house.
